Provides overall people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development

Document and communicate approved release content

Ensure all changes are following Release Management process for monthly outages and quarterly deployments

Build production implementation plan for each release and run the monthly release meetings the implementation planning meeting

Weekend work is required off business hour teleconferences

Interface with Legal Dept

Provide and maintain necessary infrastructure

Provide visibility to roadmap status and escalate issues to management

Manage all required software release activities including open source clearance, COO's, Export classification, licensing, Accessibility and Globalization assessments, ClearingHouse updates, readiness and availability for GA

Identify and manage key project risks

Any training in Information Technology Services Management – eg ITIL

Any project management training

Must be willing to work out of an office located in Oklahoma City, OK

Good Experience, preferably 2+ years in Release Management

CRM domain preferable

Qualifications for software release manager

• Investment/financial services experience is highly desired
• Good commercial knowledge of the following
• Identify and highlight risks and issues within the release and escalate appropriately
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of supervisory experience in an environment similar to the Repositories Program
